Brookes Westshore is seeking a Live-In Dorm Parent to ensure a safe environment for students. This role involves mentoring, managing student welfare, and creating open communication channels.
In this important position, you will be a key member of the boarding team, responsible for providing emotional and academic support for residents. The role emphasizes building rapport with students, overseeing their health and behavior, and ensuring safety protocols are observed. You will also maintain communication with parents, staff, and agents to advocate for student interests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement orientation programs for new students
