Live-In Assistant Resident Manager - Spring Garden Terrace

We have an opportunity for a customer‑focused, energetic live‑in Assistant Resident Manager for Spring Garden Terrace in Halifax. The position will entail up to 25 hours of cleaning per week and participation in the on‑call rotation every 3rd week. Compensation is primarily based on a rental incentive.

Responsibilities

• Shared on‑call responsibilities
• Cleaning duties, including daily and weekly tasks
• Tenant relations, inquiries and rental calls
• First‑line problem solving to manage tenant issues and build relations

Qualifications

• Previous experience in cleaning and customer service
• Strong communication and time‑management skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment with minimum supervision
• Previous experience with Property Management industry and/or as a building superintendent is an asset
