In this role, you will oversee various aspects of claims litigation, representing clients through trials and appeals. Engage with experts and advise on litigation strategies, all while contributing to strategic policy development within the Claims Litigation Unit. With a focus on property damage, bodily injury, and subrogated claims, your expertise will play a crucial part in enhancing claims processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage tort litigation files through all phases
• Prepare court documents and analyze evidence
• Conduct out-of-court questioning and mediations
• Advise Claims department on litigation strategies
• Participate in policy development for claims unit
