Position Summary
We are looking for a skilled and strategic Litigation Associate with 5–10 years of experience to join our Aboriginal Law litigation team. The ideal candidate has experience with rights-based litigation, administrative tribunals, or regulatory hearings, and a commitment to advancing Indigenous legal issues.
Key Duties:
- Develop and execute litigation strategies in coordination with internal and external teams
- Work on litigation in Alberta Court of Kings Bench and Saskatchewan Court of Kings Bench
Qualifications:
- 5–10 years of litigation experience, with exposure to Aboriginal or constitutional law
- Strong legal research, drafting, and advocacy skills
