Job Description
**Key Responsibilities**:- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Complete _mise en place_ for your station before service (cleaning, cutting, portioning).
- Manage the timing of orders to ensure all dishes for one table are served simultaneously.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of your workstation, grills, flat tops, and fryers.
- Strictly follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.
**Minimum Requirements**:- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Line Cook or in a similar position (e.g., Prep Cook).
- Proficiency in handling professional kitchen equipment (knives, fryers, flat tops).
