Lighting Specialist (GAFFER)

Job Description: We are looking for a responsible, technically skilled, and motivated person with a passion for lighting in audiovisual, film, and television environments. The selected candidate will join the lighting department and support the setup, operation, and maintenance of professional lighting systems in studio and on‑location productions, under the supervision of the Head of Lighting. Responsibilities

• Install, organize, and set up lighting equipment on set according to plans or instructions from the department lead.
• Assemble and position gear such as Fresnels, LED panels, fluorescent tubes, HMIs, ballasts, dimmers, modifiers, and support systems.
• Manage and maintain lighting cables and DMX connections: labeling, coiling, and ensuring good condition.
