Overview
Location: Jasper, AB (Pursuit Collection). Pay: $18.50 per hour. Job type: Seasonal, Full-time. Start: Seasonal hiring for Spring/Summer 2025.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise Lift Operations staff, ensuring a safe and efficient operation of the SkyTram.
- Oversee daily compliance with safety procedures, operating schedules, and ticket control.
- Open and close the property for daily operations, performing safety checks and test flights.
- Assist with training Lift Operations personnel and ensure team adherence to lift operation codes.
- Maintain daily operating, safety, and cleaning logs, and assist with routine maintenance tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service by guiding guests, scanning tickets, and addressing concerns.
