Drive impactful communications at Geotab as a Lifecycle & Support Communications Specialist. This full-time role focuses on managing service notifications and compliance updates for a global audience.
In this position, you will oversee transactional and support-related communications, ensuring they are executed accurately and on time. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Retention & Success, you'll collaborate with various teams to create scalable communication programs. Your work will reinforce trust and value throughout the customer lifecycle, making a significant impact on customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute operational and transactional communications for customers
• Partner with teams to gather requirements for structured messaging
• Build lifecycle communications using automation platforms
• Conduct quality assurance on messaging and trigger logic
• Monitor delivery performance and engagement metrics
