The Licensed Team Lead creates exceptional value in the lives of customers and patients by delivering exceptional customer service. They ensure customers and patients are always delighted and assist in achieving store success by managing key optical and lab processes and systems.

Major Duties And Responsibilities

• Ensure the LensCrafters team provides unsurpassed customer service.
• Proactive and solution‑driven, accurate execution and product knowledge.
• Assist customers with selections, provide recommendations, and support sales associates.
• Serve as a responsible alternate store key holder.
• Perform optical duties: provide expertise, product knowledge on lens choices, adjust and/or repair eyewear, present and dispense eyewear, and perform accurate digital measurements (under current and valid state opticianry license).
