Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) River Ridge

JOB SUMMARY: In keeping with the Mission, Vision, and Values of Park Place, the LPN/ RPN, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, uses the nursing process and applies his/her nursing knowledge, skills and clinical judgment in performing assessments, planning, implementing, and providing quality and person-centered nursing care to the Residents.

The LPN/ RPN operates in accordance with the competency guidelines and full scope of practice as outlined by the relevant provincial governing body’s practice standards and Code of Ethics and Park Place policies and procedures.
