The Core Responsibilities of the Job;
Support Process Improvement Initiatives: Assist in identifying inefficiencies within existing workflows, document current-state processes, and contribute to designing and implementing optimized solutions that enhance operational effectiveness.Contribute to Strategic Transformation Projects: Provide hands-on support in planning, tracking, and executing transformation initiatives, ensuring deliverables are met on time and aligned with strategic objectives.Develop and Manage Analytics Dashboards: Gather and analyze data from multiple sources to build interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for leadership and project teams.Assist in Change Management Activities: Help prepare communication materials, training guides, and stakeholder engagement plans to facilitate smooth adoption of new processes and tools across the organization.
