Legal Risk / Compliance Coordinator
Job Description
Position Purpose
The Legal Risk / Compliance Coordinator is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and assessing the company’s legal risks through the Risk Control Matrix (RCM) , ensuring legal compliance and effective risk mitigation. This position will also serve as a key point of contact with the headquarters in Japan.
Key Responsibilities- Review, analyze, and validate commercial, civil, labor, and service agreements, identifying legal risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
- Prepare legal risk assessments and formal opinions using the Risk Control Matrix (RCM) .
- Management with ERM and SOX .
- Coordinate and monitor action plans derived from identified legal risks.
- Provide legal support and advisory services to internal departments.
- Maintain direct, professional communication with headquarters in Japan.
