Summary

Responsible for leading the legal and regulatory of the sanitation concessionaire, acting strategically, closely to the business and in direct interface with senior management. Fundamental to ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, supporting structuring decisions, guiding negotiations with public entities and regulatory agencies, and ensuring the integrity of concession contracts.
