THE ROLE
As the Legal Counsel, Employment, you will:
Draft, update, and implement employment contract terms across the business.Mitigate employee relations risk and support investigations of employee conduct.Draft, update and implement contractor and related vendor agreements.Advise on the compliance and implementation of benefits plans.THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Legal Counsel, Employment, has:
Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in employment law in the U.S. and, in particular, New York and California.Law degree from a recognized universityLicense to practice law in the U.S.A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles.The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business.THE COMPENSATION
