We’re looking for a Legal Counsel to join us in Montreal. You will partner and collaborate daily with our business teams, preparing and negotiating commercial agreements and helping the business navigate intricate and unprecedented challenges inherent in a rapidly evolving tech company
What you’ll be doing:
Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts with customers, strategic partners, and vendors/suppliers across NOAM, EMEA and APAC.
Delivering legal and general commercial advice to key stakeholders across all Lightspeed departments.
