Role Summary
We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Counsel to serve as corporate legal counsel, providing generalist support across multiple business areas with focus on marketing, advertising, intellectual property, regulatory law, contract negotiation, and corporate commercial legal work.
Key Responsibilities
- Contract negotiation, drafting and review across all business areas, including commercial agreements, IT, IP, marketing, and procurement.
- Provide expertise and legal advice on laws, regulations, and policies related to alcohol and beverage products, licensing, IT, privacy, product innovation, and regulatory compliance.
