The Opportunity
The Legal Counsel will specialize in contract management and will support the Legal function by providing day-to-day legal assistance across a range of corporate, commercial, and operational matters. The role is well‑suited for a lawyer with approximately two years of post‑call experience seeking to build solid in‑house exposure in a dynamic, multi‑jurisdictional organization. This is a newly created role intended to support the continued expansion of our Legal team. The position is initially offered as a one‑year fixed‑term contract and is based at the head office in Vaughan, Ontario. A hybrid work arrangement is provided, with an expectation of being in the office one day per week between Monday and Friday. Travel requirements are minimal. What You’ll Do
