Legal Counsel (Litigation)

About the Opportunity

This role supports Dayforce’s Litigation Team, led by Dayforce’s VP AGC (Employment & Litigation), in managing active and potential legal claims (including civil, administrative, and regulatory matters) involving Dayforce. The successful candidate will report directly to Dayforce’s Senior Legal Counsel (Litigation). This position is suited for a junior lawyer looking to build in‑house experience across a broad range of litigation matters. The candidate will work closely with Dayforce’s Litigation Team, internal stakeholders, and external counsel to support the full lifecycle of litigation, from early risk assessment through to resolution. Based in Winnipeg, the role is primarily remote, with periodic in‑person collaboration with local colleagues.
