The Legal Counsel Position

The Legal Counsel will specialize in contract management and support the Legal function by providing day-to-day legal assistance across a range of corporate, commercial, and operational matters. The role is suited for a lawyer with approximately two years of post-call experience seeking strong in‑house exposure within a dynamic, multi‑jurisdictional organization.

This newly created, one‑year fixed‑term position is based at our head office in Vaughan, Ontario. A hybrid work arrangement is offered: work from home with an expectation of being in the office one day per week, Monday to Friday. Travel is minimal and occasional.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the drafting, review, and negotiation of a variety of commercial agreements, including NDAs, service agreements, supply agreements, and vendor contracts
