Your expertise will guide high-stake commercial negotiations and ensure compliance across diverse industry sectors such as banking and the public sector. Engage in meaningful collaboration with executives and legal colleagues from various locations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee high-value legal advisory on commercial contracts
• Assess business opportunities during executive stakeholder meetings
