As a key member of the legal team, you will support business operations while advising on various legal matters. The role requires negotiation and drafting of contracts across IT, marketing, and supply chain sectors. You'll also train internal stakeholders and work independently to manage various legal assignments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Negotiate and draft contracts for IT and marketing
• Provide legal support to Product Development and PR teams
• Train stakeholders on legal concepts and practices
• Manage diverse legal assignments collaboratively
Requirements:
• Member of the Quebec Bar
• 3 to 5 years of commercial law experience
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Bilingual in French and English
• Service-oriented with high professionalism
