General legal matters:Owned and leased Property, Regulatory and legislated matters and complianceTrademarksLicensing process and complianceContract negotiation, review and ongoing complianceEtc.

Corporate Policies Work with HR on policies procedures, Health and safety and employee relations issuesDeployment of new regulatory and legislative matters Best practice on Data security, including SOC II and Privacy, and adherence to changing legal requirements Etc.

Risk ManagementBusiness Continuity ManagementPrivacy OfficerCompliance OfficerManagement of the Whistle blower ChannelAnnual Business Risk Assessment Process and ongoing reporting
