Legal Counsel

Position Overview

We are looking for Legal Counsel possessing transactional, corporate and/or litigation experience to join our Legal Department in one of our legal hub offices located in Calgary, Alberta. In this role, you will have the opportunity to participate in various legal functions within the department, including providing advice and assistance to the company and its various home office functional groups, managing litigation and disputes, review and negotiation of construction and engineering services contracts as well as subcontracts and material supply agreements, and, supporting business units and profit centers by acting as dedicated legal support as well as engaging with key members of senior management. Critical thinking, problem-solving and excellent judgment are key qualities to achieve success in this role. The position will report to the Group General Counsel.
