You will provide practical legal advice on corporate, commercial, contractual, litigation, and governance matters, while working closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, business‑minded lawyer who thrives in a fast‑paced engineering and professional services environment.

• Provide legal support across a broad range of matters affecting the firm’s operations, including commercial law, corporate law, litigation, mergers and acquisitions, and common law research.
• Prepare corporate governance and transactional documentation in English, including shareholder and director resolutions, notices, agendas, and materials for Board of Directors and committee meetings.
