Legal & Compliance Manager (Rosarito)

The Legal & Compliance Manager will lead and provide legal support to members of Manufacturing Plants located at Rosarito, Baja California, as well as Salinas, Reciente León, Mexico. Responsibilities include Contract Management, Dispute Resolutions, Industrial Export Promotion Programs, Local External Lawyers Management, and related Operations, Sales, International Commerce functions. The role also involves leading and supporting Compliance and Legal Training, Litigation, and Operational Legal issues throughout Manufacturing Plants in Mexico, working closely with the Regional Head of Legal & Compliance.

• Legal Management: Contract review, template management, contract negotiation, compliance system maintenance, risk tracking
• Legal Support: Provide legal advice, support key decisions, assist HQ on IP management
