- Coordination and management of legal tools to ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and best practices.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts across various corporate functions.
- Act as a business partner between Legal and other business units, fostering effective communication and alignment on legal matters.
- Identify opportunities to streamline legal processes, reduce risks and enhance efficiency through creative legal solutions.
