Legal Business Partner

Location: São Paulo, Brazil

Responsibilities

1.Manage company registration, corporate changes, and daily corporate governance matters

2.Handle licenses, permits, and compliance documentation for the company and retail stores

3.Support franchise compliance operations and help build franchise compliance processes in Brazil

4.Monitor import/export compliance and provide practical regulatory guidance to the business

5.Review contracts related to supply chain, procurement, logistics, and local operations

6.Support labor and employment compliance to ensure legal operational practices

7.Draft and improve standard contract templates and provide basic legal training to business teams

8.Coordinate with external law firms and support dispute resolution and litigation matters

Requirements

1.Qualified lawyer in Brazil (OAB certified) with 2+ years of legal experience
