Key Responsibilities:
• Review and support the negotiation of essential agreements
• Attend and assist with corporate governance meetings
• Provide comprehensive legal advice across various sectors
• Conduct research on charity law compliance
• Identify legal risks and propose effective solutions
Requirements:
• Over five years of legal experience required
