Legal Assistant with Bankruptcy Law

Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM CST
This role is adecuado for individuals with strong financial or banking experience, excellent customer service skills, and solid Excel proficiency. While prior bankruptcy experience is preferred, it is not required.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to collect required documentation such as pay stubs, tax returns, and bank statements.
- Review, redact, organize, and prepare client documents for court filings.
- Perform income analyses and financial calculations using Microsoft Excel to support bankruptcy plan development.
- Prepare bankruptcy-related pleadings and filings, including affidavits, motions, objections, and trustee correspondence.
