The client is seeking 1 Legal Assistant to perform the following tasks:
Answer and direct phone calls.
Gather medical histories and medical bills.
Contact medical providers.
Follow up to obtain medical records.
Check medical balances.
Draft basic correspondence.
Draft documents and ensure they are free of any errors.
Enter data into the system.
Ensure case manager receives documents.
Strong organizational skills.
Highly motivated individual.
Friendly and personable.
Proficiency in technology.
Excellent phone skills.
Critical thinking ability.
Fluency in English.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work independently.
