What You’ll Do
Act as the go-to person for your team, providing guidance and organizational supportDraft correspondence and revise large documents and agreementsDownload documents from data roomsAssist with transactions and closings, including preparing closing books, execution copies, stand-alone signature pages, and compiling fully executed copies of agreements Support administrative details with respect to billing, filing, accounting, docketing, and expenses Manage and organize documents within the document management system and assist with file organizationMonitor deadlines and manage reminder systemsOpen new client matters and manage related administrative processesMaintain and update client contact information using the Firm’s Client Relationship Management softwareAssist with tracking business development activitiesManage calendars...
