Here’s what you’ll deliver:
Advising customers of lease options. Answering customer leasing inquiries over the phone and/or in the dealership on a daily basis. Completing paperwork for payouts and financing for customer buyouts. Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.Maintain contact with customers on a timely basis and in a professional manner. Account for all documents; ensure that none are missing.Establishes and enforces product-knowledge standards.Setting appointments and reselling all of our leases that are coming to an end.
