Leasing Assistant Manager
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Approach and attract potential tenants to fulfill sales revenues and property or unit occupancy targets.
- Creating an event and promotion plan in order to attract potential tenants to increase tenant occupancies and sales revenues in the supermarket and food-culinary area.
- Initiates sales process by prospecting, scheduling appointments, making initial presentations, understanding business needs, developing proposals, and closing sales.
- Execute and ensure all event and promotion activities are running effectively within the timeline and revenue targets.
- Planning, controlling, and coordinating the sales process and marketing of products to achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
- At least hold a Bachelor's Degree from any major.
- Possess working experience as a Leasing Assistant Manager in a mall or retail industry.
