Leasing Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Approach and attract potential tenants to fulfill sales revenues and property or unit occupancy targets.
• Creating an event and promotion plan in order to attract potential tenants to increase tenant occupancies and sales revenues in the supermarket and food-culinary area.
• Initiates sales process by prospecting, scheduling appointments, making initial presentations, understanding business needs, developing proposals, and closing sales.
• Execute and ensure all event and promotion activities are running effectively within the timeline and revenue targets.
• Planning, controlling, and coordinating the sales process and marketing of products to achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

• At least hold a Bachelor's Degree from any major.
