Job Description

Overview

  • Prepare lease abstracts and enter accurate lease information into the company’s lease management system
  • Maintain regular communication with internal teams such as property management, accounting, and revenue/finance
  • Review and summarize lease documents and related materials to support transactions, including acquisitions
  • Draft lease-related agreements and documentation (e.g., amendments, estoppel certificates, surrender agreements)
  • Liaise with tenants and external legal representatives as needed
  • Contribute to special projects and other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Completion of a post‑secondary program in business administration or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with lease or other legal/contract documentation
  • Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications
