Learning Specialist – Elementary

Key Responsibilities- Support teachers to plan, implement, and evaluate effective teaching and learning programs.
- Analyse student achievement data to identify learning needs and inform targeted interventions.
- Design and deliver professional learning for staff aligned with school priorities.
- Model effective teaching strategies and support classroom practice through coaching and mentoring.
- Support curriculum development, alignment, and implementation.
- Assist in the development and monitoring of individual learning plans and intervention programs.
- Collaborate with school leadership to support whole-school improvement initiatives.
- Support inclusive education practices, including differentiation and adjustments for diverse learners.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of teaching strategies and interventions on student outcomes.
