The Learning and Development Manager (Japan) reports to the Head of Learning and Development Japan and supports this person in the management of locally specific Learning and Development programs with a clear focus on global standardized processes that fit business needs – including the right to operate locally. The role serves as the strategic Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for UCB's Learning organization, responsible for consulting with senior internal clients, including executive management and department heads, to design and execute learning strategies. The position entails delivering and adapting UCB's learning content to enhance individual performance and support the company's long-term strategy.
