Drive impactful training initiatives as a Learning and Development Partner with Manulife in a hybrid setting. Collaborate across functions to assess needs and enhance workforce capability.
In this role, you will engage in the complete business partnering cycle, delivering learning solutions and monitoring their effectiveness. With at least three years of experience in Learning and Development or related fields, you’ll provide expert advice, facilitate workshops, and manage training projects.
