Learning and Clinical Development Specialist

Job Description

Under the direction of the Manager, Learning, Development, and Organizational Performance, the Specialist is responsible for delivering high-quality clinical and organizational training that supports safe, effective, and person-centered care. The role provides facilitation, coaching, and skill development for clinical and non-clinical employees, with a focus on onboarding, core competencies, and ongoing professional development.

This position blends clinical expertise with instructional design and facilitation skills, ensuring training is evidence-based, aligned with best practices, and responsive to regulatory and organizational requirements. The Specialist also collaborates with internal partners to evaluate learning needs, adapt programming, and support continuous improvement in service delivery and staff capability.
