Lean Manager

Descripción y detalle de las actividades- Develop and execute Lean projects aimed at optimizing processes across various departments.
- Train teams in Lean tools and methodologies (Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, etc.).
- Monitor the progress of projects, ensuring that efficiency and quality targets are met.
- Facilitate Kaizen events and foster a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in production and administrative processes.
- Collaborate with different departments to analyze workflow and design optimization solutions.
