Lean Improvement Engineer - Kaizen & Cost Savings Leader

Link-Worldwide is seeking a Lean Manufacturing specialist to lead continuous improvement initiatives. This role involves managing Kaizen events and driving cost reduction and productivity improvements across the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree and have over 4 years of experience in Lean environments. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are required. The position is located in Reynosa, Tamaulipas, Mexico.
