KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial Leadership & Strategy
- Lead and mentor a high performing manufacturing team, fostering a culture of accountability, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
- Serve as the primary financial partner for plant leadership, providing insights, support the plant in understanding their cost and identify their cost drivers.
- Explore the development of a robust financial planning tool based on cost drivers.
Lean Transformation & Operational Excellence
- Partner with operations to translate Lean manufacturing initiatives into measurable financial outcomes.
- Provide financial analysis for kaizen events, value-stream improvements, and waste elimination projects.
- Support the shift from traditional financial management to Lean aligned performance metrics that drive behaviors and transparency.
