Enhance resident well-being as the Restorative Care Lead at Extendicare. This full-time position focuses on supporting staff, creating tailored care plans, and promoting restorative education.
As the Restorative Care Lead, you'll assess the needs of new residents and develop personalized care goals in accordance with our restorative policies. Your expertise will also be pivotal in training staff, conducting audits, and actively participating in care conferences to elevate our service delivery.
