Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and enhance team performance metrics
• Evaluate and coach the PSW team for skill enhancement
• Address client feedback and service quality issues
• Ensure appropriate implementation of care plans
• Maintain compliance with health legislation
Requirements:
• RPN designation with current Ontario license
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma
• Preferred 1-2 years in a leadership role
