Leader Technician - Area 1 Assembly (Afternoon Shift)

Straight Shift Timing on Afternoon Shift (4:30 pm to 1:00 am) but may be required to change shifts in order to accommodate production requirements.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Follow work instructions to produce and verify conformance to quality standards.
• Meet hourly production quotas.
• Document daily production.
• Operate all injection machines and assembly stations.
• Ability to be cross trained in many areas, tasks and or machinery.
• Ability to train FTMs.
• Understand and follow the Kanban system.
• Work in a safe manner within Health and Safety guidelines.
• Maintain 5S in all assigned areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred –or— successful completion of an aptitude test.
