Responsibilities
- Set objectives for the team based on the Procurement balanced scorecard and lead team through monthly KPI governance to ensure target achievements.
- Prioritize resource allocation and team support in order to maximize overall benefits to the program.
- Work closely with cross‑functional leadership within the Global and Challenger program and the procurement leadership teams.
- Complete performance evaluation and personal development plans with team members.
- Coach and develop team members.
- Develop and manage performance management plans.
- Create formal networks internally and externally.
- Complete sourcing activities for the program.
