Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor store associates daily
• Oversee merchandising, stocking, and shipment processes
• Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Manage time and attendance as a manager on duty
• Conduct inventory and training participation
Requirements:
• Minimum one year retail experience required
• One year of team management experience
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
