Leader, Operations - Weekend, night shift

As a senior shift manager at Bombardier, you will oversee weekend night shift operations, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and productivity are met while supporting a team of unionized employees.

Responsibilities

• Work on the weekend night shift, 12 hours per day, from Friday to Sunday.
• Plan and supervise the activities and management of a team of approximately 25 unionized employees.
• Be responsible for the operational processes by achieving and monitoring the objectives.
• Plan the daily operations and follow up on them.
• Adhere to the management system by reporting and analyzing various indicators related to productivity, quality, health and safety, absenteeism, etc.
• Resolve problems in an efficient and timely manner.
