Role Mission
Oversee daily service assurance and operational performance of Celerity’s fiber backbone and managed WiFi services, ensuring SLA compliance and network stability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Service Desk (L1), NOC (L2) and Field Operations (L3)
- Ensure SLA compliance and service KPIs
- Manage incident, problem and change processes
- Oversee network monitoring and performance optimization
- Coordinate vendor and property-level technical alignment
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications or related field
- 8+ years of telecom/network operations experience
- Experience in NOC environments and monitoring platforms
- Strong expertise in fiber backbone, GPON and managed WiFi ecosystems
