Leader Of Actuarial Pricing (Mexico)

We are looking for an Actuarial Lead to manage the pricing team at Assurant Mexico, a multinational insurance company.
Purpose
Lead pricing, registration (CNSF), underwriting governance, reinsurance, and portfolio management to ensure profitability, regulatory compliance, and strong financial performance of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Pricing:
Lead development and validation of pricing models; ensure adequacy, profitability, and compliance with regulations and corporate standards.
Portfolio Management:
Oversee new and in-force portfolio performance, identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities.
Reinsurance:
Define strategy, manage treaties, and ensure governance, adequacy, and documentation of reinsurance programs.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure adherence to CNSF, Solvency II, and US GAAP requirements,
