Job Overview

GO Car Wash is one of the fastest growing car wash operators in the United States. We are seeking a Facilities Leader to oversee the maintenance and operational efficiency of our car wash facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic team of technicians, ensuring the upkeep and performance of equipment and facilities.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment (conveyors, pumps, motors, sensors) across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, welding, and HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues to maintain optimal uptime.
• Manage service schedules, recruit skilled tradespeople, and assign work orders via CMMS platform.
• Monitor key performance indicators (downtime, repair costs, technician utilization) and manage inventory for market and field vehicles.
• Develop and manage budgets, work with vendors for parts and contracts, and oversee warranty claims and service agreements.
